Chloe Strand
I feel so lucky to have found a career that I enjoy so much. I love all of the amazing people I meet and helping them to heal, relax, and feel beautiful. I started my journey in 2011 at the Salon Professional Academy of Tacoma, I had such a wonderful group of classmates who helped me to become confident in myself and my work. In 2013 I began courses at Alexandar School of Natural Therapeutics in Tacoma to become a licensed massage therapist, It was there I truly blossomed. I had always thought I would be an esthetician with a side of massage but once I started I fell in love with massage and knew it was what I was meant to do.
January 2015 I began leasing a room out of a beautiful salon in the stadium district of Tacoma and opened Oh So Chlo.
I use an all natural, holistic approach with all of my services and specialize in deep tissue/zen trigger point massage, brazilian sugaring and spa facials. It is important to me to have an inviting, comforting space and demeanor so my clients always feel relaxed and at ease no matter what service they are receiving.
2020 I became attuned to reiki III, I absolutely love adding the healing benefits of source energy to my life and services.
Yoga has been a passion of mine for many years and in May 2019 I earned my teaching certification. My favorite thing about yoga is how it connects both mind and body. When practicing in a group the shared energy is amazing it is a beautiful way to connect to yourself and the world around you. When I am not my salon or on my mat, you'll most likely find me reading, baking cookies, or snuggling my pets (Dre, Porter & Sophie). I love rainy days, thrift shopping and being barefoot outdoors.
Chloe is PHENOMENAL! My mom and sister both agree, one of the best, if not the best, massage therapist… intuitive, methodical, rhythmic, deep (but not too deep, just at your edge), I tell her what I want focused on, and she finds every possible tension spot. I see Chloe once a month, at least, I hope to see her for the rest of my life."

Chloe was warm and welcoming and extremely professional. I had a lot of tension from working out and climbing and she found all the knots! Very knowledgeable and strong hands; sometimes after a massage I don’t feel like it does anything but the deep tissue massage from Chloe was a different experience.
